Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.

Your tracking information should update as the shipping courier scans the package in their system throughout the shipping process. 

If your package was scanned as delivered but you haven't received it, please know that sometimes shipping couriers scan a package as delivered before it actually arrives. We always recommend waiting up to 5 business days before contacting us.
